Vessel Tracking

At Normans we have various ways of Tracking your container from before it arrives until its on the way to you.

We constantly monitor Vessel availability schedules updated from the major terminals, and can generally tell 2 weeks prior of arrival an eta of availability. We also have access to live Vessel Tracking and can see exactly when the ship arrives into port.

Once your Vessel has arrived we than monitor our booking system which communicates directly with the terminal, this will inform us once your container has been discharged and available for collection, and in most cases we can pickup up-to a day before the Vessels advertised availability
